2.3 Content Violations

-Impersonate another person or organization

2.4 System AbuseBypass system limitations

-Degrade performance for other users
-Resell or sublicense the platform
-Access through unauthorized means
-Hack or reverse-engineer the Services

2.5 Industry-Specific Violations

-Use bait-and-switch tactics
-Make false claims about services or pricing

3. Required Practices

3.1 Consent Requirements
You MUST:

3.2 Message Content Requirements
All messages MUST:

-Include a working opt-out option

Suspensions or terminations may occur without notice.

5. Complaint Handling

5.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for managing and resolving all complaints related to your campaigns.

5.2 Cooperation Required
You must:

-Respond to complaints within 24 hours
-Provide requested documentation
-Take corrective actions
-Prevent future violations

5.3 Excessive Complaints
Accounts with complaint rates above 0.5% of total messages may be terminated immediately.

6. Indemnification for AUP Violations
In addition to general indemnification, you agree to defend and hold us harmless against claims or penalties from:

-TCPA violations
-Do Not Call violations
-Spam or harassment
-Regulatory or legal actions
-Carrier fines

7. Penalties and Fines

7.1 Your Financial Responsibility
You are liable for any fines or penalties imposed by:

-Government authorities
-Carriers or telecom networks
-Industry regulators
-Third-party vendors

7.2 Reimbursement
You must reimburse us for any penalties we incur due to your actions.

8. Certifications and Warranties
By using the Services, you certify that:

-You hold all required licenses
-You will obtain proper consent before sending communications
-You will comply with all relevant laws
-You have implemented internal compliance procedures
-Your use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction

9. No Legal Advice
This AUP is not legal advice.
